HOW TO USE - In adults who suffer from insomnia: take 3 capsules before going to bed with juice or water. - In children over 12 who suffer from insomnia: take 1 to 2 capsules before going to bed with juice or water. - For the rest of situations: take 2 capsules three times a day with juice or water.
