A 2-in-1, clear, waterproof, top coat mascara that creates a lifted lash effect and sets brows for up to 12 hours. Application is easy and precise with our innovative, dual-action brush: one side has long fibers that coat every last lash; the other side has short fibers to sculpt and lift the brows.
